you can choose what to show in the notification (I picked sender and body of email). then add Notification from the action list The Advanced View Settings window opens, and you can customize your view the way you want. AKA I have one with 'recent new mail' which is a smart mailbox for mail arrived in the last 48 hours, and a second for 'flag for followup' which speaks for itself. Select the type of base view you want to start with and click the OK button. Create a smart mailbox, with multiple 'Messages in Mailbox' and voila, you can have unread counts for as many mailboxes as you want. from the triggers list, pick when a new email comes v2 (there is a trigger for outlook and one for 365). If you want to create a brand new view, click the New button in the Manage All View window.
